INDEMNITY & LIABILITY WAIVER Komati River Adventures

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in activities arranged by Komati River Adventures, including but not limited to tiger fishing, boating, camping, braai activities, and general outdoor activities in and around Marloth Park and the Komati River.

1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK

I understand that these activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Boating and water-related risks

• Wildlife encounters

• Use of fishing equipment

• Outdoor environmental hazards

• Consumption of food and alcohol

I voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. INDEMNITY

I hereby indemnify and hold harmless Komati River Adventures, its owners, staff, partners, from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from my participation in any activities.

3. FIREARM POLICY

The possession, use, or discharge of any firearm during the trip, whether on the boat or from the riverbank, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by Komati River Adventures.

Any participant found discharging a firearm without authorisation will:

• Be immediately removed from the activity

• Be liable for a penalty fee of R5,000

• Be permanently banned from participating in any future activities with Komati River Adventures

Participants agree to comply with all safety rules and understand that this policy is in place to ensure the safety of all guests and staff.

4. NO LIABILITY

Komati River Adventures shall not be held liable for:

• Injury or death

• Loss or damage to personal property

• Delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

5. AGREEMENT

By signing this document, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions stated above.
