If Komati River Adventures needs to cancel or move an activity due to weather, river conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control, we may offer a reschedule or alternative arrangement.

Giveaways / support contributions:

Where a payment is made as a voluntary support contribution, that payment is non-refundable.

If a payment was made in error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review the matter at our discretion.
